[Plsfaculty] SPLS: Faculty meetings in fall - please save the date

Dear colleagues,

Faculty meetings this fall will be important for our long-term planning and decision-making as a unit. Understanding that everyone is exceptionally busy, I thank you in advance for saving the date for our fall meetings.

Please reserve these dates on your calendars:

• State of the School, summer highlights, and welcome back gathering for faculty, staff, and students — at our first fall meeting of the Plant Sciences seminar: 4pm, Tuesday, August 26, in Marley 230 and online (a link will be provided, along with an agenda, as the date approaches).

• Faculty meetings, 11am-12:30pm on the dates listed below. This fall, we will meet in Saguaro Hall 219, with a Zoom link available for all who need to join online. (In spring we will hold at least two meetings on north campus in appreciation of our SPLS colleagues north of Speedway.) Agendas will be shared before each meeting, and agenda items are welcome.
