Please see a note below from Christopher Portugay-Delaney regarding the closing process for the lab of our colleague, Dr. Becky Mosher, as she completes her move to Oxford. Items will be available as described below.

Dear PLS faculty,



Dr. Becky Mosher’s lab will be closing soon. Our goal is to redistribute items from the Mosher lab without disturbing lab members who are continuing to work this month.  Once all personnel are finished working, we will make items from the lab available. As members of the Mosher lab will be working in the lab until the end of August, we ask that SPLS members please do not ask personnel for items, request/claim items, or enter the lab to view, claim, or take any items from the lab at this time.  After the lab closure, Items will be available for viewing and distribution under the following schedule:



September 2-3: Professors of Practice: priority time for teaching labs.

September 4-5: SPLS assistant professors.

September 8-9: All faculty.



Procedure for viewing and selecting items:

  1.
Faculty or faculty-selected delegates must arrange a time with Chrstopher on the schedule above.
  2.
Items are the responsibility of the PI to safely transport.
  3.  All items that change hands must be documented; please help Christopher keep track.
  4.  Any new chemicals added to your inventory need to be reported by the PI to RLSS.
  5.  All items are for use to aid UA activities and are not for personal use.

Items will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis on the schedule above. However, please note, all furniture will remain in the lab and will not be available.
