Hi All,

Thanks to all who attended today’s discussion with Ramin, and thanks Ramin for your conversation.

As I mentioned before the meeting, Dean Burgess requests and expects comments from us to help drive his decision.  So please fill out the forms and submit them either by email to Jean McLain (mclainj at arizona.edu<mailto:mclainj at arizona.edu>) or as hard copies in the box on the counter in the SPLS office. For comments submitted to Jean McLain, she will compile the comments and give them to Shane in a separate file so your name will not be associated with what you say.

A question was raised in the meeting about whether emailed forms might be subject to Freedom of Information laws. I do not know, but can ask. If you have concerns about that, feel free to use the hardcopy forms and add additional comments if needed.

I will send out a reminder tomorrow about our discussion with Judy Brown at 2:30 pm.
