I do understand the short notice, I am sorry, and I do apologize, but I do need to request that you provide me with your perspectives (positives and not just negatives) on the impact of IT Centralization on TEACHING AND RESEARCH ONLY.

Bullet points would be ideal, but I need a single document from you all as a whole please.
