[Plsfaculty] Course Scheduling- FA24 & SP25

Dear SPLS Faculty,

Please review the following information for your Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 courses:


  1.  Fall 2024

Please ensure that your courses, along with their cross-listings, are showing up accurately in the attached Fall 2024 list. (See email attachment)

Your Fall 2024 classes should now be fully accurate in this report. If they are not, please message me ASAP. *With the exception of brand new courses, that we are working out separately.

Spring 2025

If your course was taught this Spring 2024, Room and Course Scheduling will automatically roll it over and try to apply the same meeting pattern and room.
  *
As of May 6th, I can begin scheduling Spring 2025 courses, so that is when I can see if it was rolled over and you can let me know if you want to make any room changes, etc.
  *
I will have the ability to manually schedule your course until July 31st.
  *
Between May 6th and July 31st, we will work together to ensure your SP25 classes are accurate.

When I have access to a master list of SP25 classes, I will send that out.
  *
