Subject: University travel to Israel

ABOs,

The university international travel committee is denying requests to travel to Israel due to the current violence.  Faculty and staff who travel to Israel do so on their own dime and at their own risk.  They will not be supported by the UA.  I imagine this moratorium on travel to Israel will remain in place until the violence ceases but I don't want to speak for them.  More when I know more.
