[Plsfaculty] regular updates on SPLS hirings

Dear David,

During this time of significant flux in the School, it is important that we are provided with regular communication about many topics.  For example, it would be very helpful to have weekly or biweekly updates about the status of the searches for faculty and staff in the school and a clear picture of how decisions to fill these positions are being made.
