[Plsfaculty] Ad for SPLS Director- please distribute widely

Hi All,

Please share the attached ad seeking applicants for our SPLS School Director position.  We hope to encourage a diverse pool of applicants and so the wider we can distribute the ad, the better.  Following Dean Burgess’ direction to hire a search firm to manage the search, three firms were interviewed and the Buffkin-Baker firm was selected.

We met with Martin Baker from the firm 2 weeks ago and he outlined that they will be contacting an estimated 400-500 people and using their network to contact Deans, provosts, chancellors and others to seek applicants with the goal of developing a diverse pool for our search committee to consider.
