I hope this email finds you well.  I'm writing to bring to your attention that the Penn State Department of Plant Pathology and Environmental Microbiology is looking for a new Department Head.

A link to the job description appears below.  The Department Head position is an administrative post, but Heads typically maintain an active research program as well.  I think this is a great opportunity, especially for people further along in their research careers who might be interested in trying something new or those looking to develop the administrative side of their career.
