[Plsfaculty] Grad Funding FY24

Hello SPLS Faculty,

There will be another provost-mandated increase in graduate student stipends to start in the fall term.  This was mentioned at the January faculty meeting, and below are the final numbers.

SPLS is required to meet a required $30,400 for 12 months of work (combining Fall, Spring, and Summer)

Assistant:  $30,637.50
Associate: $32,658.50

Both are generated by providing the Fall and spring appointments so the students receive $11,400 per semester, then summer support would be set at a minimum of 275 hours at their respective hourly rates.
