Hello,

We would like to bring to your attention that there are instructors in your department who have not yet posted their grade rosters for the Spring 2023. These instructors are not in compliance with University Policy and must post their grade rosters as soon as possible.

To assist instructors who may have questions or encounter difficulties in posting their grade rosters, we have provided a step-by-step guide: https://registrar.arizona.edu/sites/default/files/Posting%20Grade%20Roster%20Resource%20Guide.pdf.

Please ensure that they have access to this resource.

Timely posting of grade rosters within 48 hours of the final exam/project is crucial to prevent any negative impact on students enrolled in these classes. Failure to submit grades promptly may potentially delay the awarding of degrees for affected students. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
