[Plsfaculty] SPLS Annual Peer Review Guidelines

SPLS faculty, please find attached the final revised and approved 2023 APR Guidelines.  The final vote for approval was 17 yes and 3 no (Qualtics output available upon request).  These Guidelines will be placed in SPLS files for use in subsequent APR cycles.

As Jeannie Mclain mentioned in our last faculty meeting, there will likely be changes to the APR process in the Fall and the 2023-2024 APR committee may likely have to address these early on.  Cheers.
