Hello HODS,

I hope your semester is going well. Many of you have been teaming up with the CALS recruitment team to put on amazing events for prospective students. Thank you to you and your staff/faculty for creating memorable experiences for prospective students.

I do want to remind you that if you are bringing a group of incoming students to campus for any reason to please let me know. Every interaction with a high school or community college student is considered recruitment, though it might not seem that way. Even if we don't have a role in the visit, I would still like to be informed about the visit. It helps us to help you to create a cohesive message for the students, regardless of when/how they interact with CALS. It also gives outside audiences a consistent message, which increases their confidence in us, as well as the University.

If you'd like to brainstorm on possible future visits, I would be more than happy to set up a time to meet with you and your teams.

I appreciate your partnership and look forward to working with you and your teams in the future.
