Hello SPLS Faculty & Supervisors,
University Closure takes place Friday, December 22, 2023, through Monday, January 1, 2024.
To guarantee employees are paid on Friday, December 29, 2023, all timesheets for pay period 12/11/2023 - 12/24/2023 must be approved and submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2023.
Holiday and University Closure time was populated on Monday, December 4, 2023.
To ensure that all employees, including exception employees, are paid correctly, we ask that all Time Approvers verify that holiday and closure time has been added.
This is the only reminder you will receive.
To approve timesheets, please Login to www.UAccess.Arizona.edu<http://www.UAccess.Arizona.edu>, Employee/Manager Self Service, using your UA NetID and password. Select UA Manager Self Service Homepage from the drop down at the top, and choose the Team Time tile> Enter Time.
