[Plsfaculty] Reminder to approve time

Hello,

This is a general reminder for pay period 08/21/2023 to 09/03/2023. You have been designated as the Time Approver for one or more employees. Please verify that all of your employees have reported time and time has been approved. If the time is not reported and approved, positive pay employees will not receive payment. All time must be approved by 5:00pm Friday September 1st,  2023.

Due to the upcoming Labor Day Holiday on Monday, September 4, 2023 timesheets must be approved and submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 1, 2023, for the pay period ending on Sunday, September 3, 2023, to guarantee that employees will be paid on the pay date Friday, September 8, 2023.

This is the only reminder you will receive.

To approve timesheets, please Login to www.UAccess.Arizona.edu<http://www.UAccess.Arizona.edu>, Employee/Manager Self Service, using your UA NetID and password. Select UA Manager Self Service Homepage from the drop down at the top, and choose the Team Time tile> Enter Time.
