[Plsfaculty] Survey for award nominations

Hello colleagues,

We would like to get an overview who we can nominate for certain awards or help to get award nominations. Therefore, we would like you to fill in a quick survey until August 20, 2023. The survey that helps us to identify colleagues with high chances to win awards early on. The compiled overview would then allow for more time to compile application material compared to the current ad-hoc model and hopefully improve everyones chances to get awards.
