Dear faculty: In order to do my job properly, I am very interested to learn about your individual concerns with respect to your employment experience in the School of Plant Sciences at the University of Arizona.  Equally I would love to hear about your successes and aims for the future. I need to find out how best I can help you!

To assist me understand your situations, please consider the following general questions: What do you think is working, what is not working, and what do you need to improve things? However, please bring up your own specific issues!  I can't promise to fix them all, but I do need to know about them.

Beyond that, what new initiatives should we develop?  What new and emerging opportunities exist in research, teaching, and extension, and what are we missing in these areas? What new hires are needed for our school?

Please also indicate to me your understanding of which courses you will be teaching in 2023.
