Here is a general announcement from the Office of Nationally Competitive Scholarships. The nominations are initiated through the Qualtrics form link below. Note the rapid deadline.  If you nominate anyone, please let me know who this is and for which of the five awards.  The awards are generous!

Deadline: Monday, 21 November, by 4pm
The Office of Nationally Competitive Scholarships is eager to identify top undergraduate students who could be good candidates for foundation-sponsored scholarships that have deadlines early in the spring semester.
We rely on your help to ensure that every strong candidate on campus is aware of these opportunities.
Can you open this Qualtrics form<https://uarizona.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0liPpg4vW4UjiTQ> and share one or more names and email addresses of top undergraduates who could be competitive for the five awards listed and described in the survey (namely, the Astronaut, Boren, Goldwater, Truman, and Udall)?
A few of these awards are STEM-specific, while others are open to most any discipline.
The Office of Nationally Competitive Scholarships will follow up with nominated students to encourage them to apply and to provide more information about the application and nomination process.
Please submit your nominations by Monday, November 21 by 4pm.
