[Plsfaculty] Scholarships for Undergraduate and Graduate Students

Hello SPLS Faculty,

Can you please share with your students that the application for all CALS scholarships is due on Friday, April 1, 2022. There are scholarships available for both undergraduate and graduate students. Students can complete one application on Scholarship Universe, and they will be paired with all eligible scholarships based on criteria they filled out on the application. More information about the available scholarships can be found on the following website: https://cals.arizona.edu/students/scholarships-list

Please know there are scholarships that are available for just our SPLS students but also general scholarships that are not specific to the major, they just need to be a CALS student.

Please encourage your students to apply by the Friday, April 1st deadline. Next week CALS will have a student appreciation week that will allow CALS students to enjoy free food, and provide helpful tips for applying to these scholarships,  https://cals.arizona.edu/calendar/month.

There also have been multiple emails sent to students by their advisor and various listservs but it will also help to hear from their professors as well.
