Greetings,

There seems to be some confusion regarding years not covered in our annual review. DO  NOT delete entries from those previous years. Simply enter your 2016 data, add it to what already exists from previous years. When we review dossiers, the system sets the time window, as discussed in a previous email, and the committee will only see what is in that window. The school has always used a three year window.  

I have asked people to delete redundant entries, things listed twice, not entries from previous years that may not be covered in the three year window.
