[Plsfaculty] Spring 2015 TCE forms

Hi all,

The UA Teacher Course Evaluation System has been undergoing changes each semester as they integrate their system with UAccess. The instructors and TA's receiving TCE forms are determined by the instructors as assigned in the UAccess class schedule. It is important that instructors check their assigned classes in in UAccess Instructor Center and notify me ASAP of any errors so they  may be corrected.

Unless otherwise instructed I will order the form which was used that last time the class was offered.

A few updates and reminders:
All online sections of  classes will get online TCE forms.
Outreach classes taught face-to-face at Yuma  also get online TCE forms.
No independent study classes get TCE forms.
No classes with less than 5 students get TCE forms.
All team taught classes may now only get the online team questionnaire.
The TCE office is recommending that all classes over 100 students use online TCE forms.
The official enrollment number is the number on census day (21st day after classes begin).


The Fall 14 TCE results are apparently delayed due to problems with  the system. The TCE office is working to get those results available as soon as possible. An email will go out to all faculty from the TCE office when the results are available for download.
