[Plsfaculty] Annual Capital Inventory Audit

Dear Faculty,

 

Each year the University conducts a Capital Inventory Audit.  This year,
Laura de Steiguer will conduct the audit electronically during February and
March.   Laura will need access into your laboratories and offices, but
won't require any other assistance from you or your staff.  She will contact
you to set up the dates she would like to conduct your laboratory/office
audits.

 

For those of you with capital equipment in restricted lab space (e.g., BSL3
areas), we will make arrangements with the Financial Services Office to have
this equipment verified without scanning.
