[Plsfaculty] Forbes Keyless building entrance

Hello All,

 

According to Randy Ryan, the Forbes Building will have afterhours keyless
entry system (similar to Marley) in 60 days.  Therefore, we need information
from each of you regarding who in your laboratory should have access to the
Forbes building after hours and on weekends.   We should have everyone's Cat
Card on file.   

 

What I need from you is the name of each employee in your lab and a four
digit PIN that they have created.  If they have a PIN for another building
on campus such as Marley then they must use that PIN for Forbes.   We cannot
give Forbes access arbitrarily to those who have Marley access - I need your
written confirmations.  If you or your employees have "Building" Keys to
Forbes labeled "2850" it will cease to open the exterior doors once the new
system is in place.

 

Please provide the names of each of your staff including yourself and a PIN
to me by April 2, 2012.

this matter.
