Dear Plant Sciences Faculty:  

 

The School of Plant Sciences recruits graduate students through an
interdepartmental collaboration called Arizona Biological and Biomedical
Sciences (ABBS).  We are currently recruiting students and have 30 students
coming in for recruiting visits on two weekends in January and February. We
are asking  for  PLS/PLP faculty volunteers who are interested and available
to conduct interviews with these students. 

 

Please let (Georgina/Ramin) know your availability for appointments with
individual applicants selected to interview on:

 

Friday, January 20 - 9:00 to 11: 30 am

                 and     1:30 to 4:30 pm

 

as well as

 

Friday, February 3 - 9:00 to 11:30 am

                 and     1:30 to 4:30 pm

 

We also need to know the location of the office/lab where you would like
students escorted to meet with you those days, and provide an office or cell
phone number where you can be reached in case of any last minute changes.

 

We  would greatly appreciate your response by tomorrow, Friday, January

13 at 5:00 pm so we can work on the interview scheduling  grid over the
weekend.
