Thank-you to those of you who have responded to the Development and
Fundraising Committee's first request for information. As the Committee
would like to finish with this endeavor and move on with our next project,
we ask your timely assistance in providing this information (see original
message below). If you would prefer not to be listed in the database, please
inform us of that as well.

PLS Faculty:

As you may recall from our faculty meeting with representatives from the
CALS Development Office, which facilitates fund raising efforts by matching
potential donors with individuals and organizations on campus, knowledge of
departmental and faculty activities would enhance their efforts. Toward that
end, the department's Development and Fundraising Committee is establishing
a faculty database. In consultation with the CALS Development the
information for inclusion in the database has been established.

We would appreciate your cooperation in gathering this data and ask that you
take a few minutes to answer the following questions. Please note that this
requires rather short and succinct responses, which the Development Office
staff requested.  Please mail your responses to bfane at email.arizona.edu by
December 15.
