[Plsfaculty] Job candidates

Dear all,

 

On Tuesday next week we will be interviewing several potential job
candidates.  Eric Lyons, who is working on the iPlant project, will be
giving a seminar at 10:00 AM, and Eliot Hermann and Monica Schmidt of the
Danforth Center will be giving a joint seminar at 4:00 PM.  Eric is
interviewing for a computational biology position in PLS.  Eliot and Monica
are interested in becoming part of the Bio5 program.  Please do your best to
attend the seminars and bring along your graduate students and postdocs, as
it is important to know something about the candidates' work if you are to
have some input into the recruiting process.  It will also make a good
impression if the talks are well attended.
