[Plsfaculty] Annual Review Meeting with Dr. Larkins

Hello All,

 

Gabe Rodriguez will be in contact with the PLS faculty in order to schedule
your meeting with Dr. Larkins for your annual review.   Gabe will confirm
the meetings with an email in which he will attached the Peer Reviews
Comments and the Performance Review Evaluation Form which you will complete
the self-rating section.  This form needs to be returned to Gabe three days
before you meet with Dr. Larkins.
