Vice President Leslie Tolbert has asked that I distribute the attached
announcement to you.  It concerns the new Institutional Conflict of Interest
policy, which is designed to strengthen the UA's commitment to high ethical
standards.  The policy requires that you disclose any relevant financial
interests by April 4, 2011, and the embedded url will tell you how to do
that quickly and easily.
