Hello All,

The new ERE (Employee Related Expenses) Rates have been approved for Fiscal
Year 2012, starting on 07.01.11 the new rates will be:

Faculty and Appointed Personnel (other than Post Doctoral Scholars):
29.8%		(was 28.4% in FY11)
PostDoctoral Scholars:
6.2%		(was 22.5% in FY11)
Classified Staff:
43.7%		(was 44.9% in FY11)
Graduate Student Assistant/Associate:
37.7%		(was 42.6% in FY11)
Undergraduate Student Workers:
3.1%		(was 3.4% in FY11)

The Employee Related Expense rates used by the University to allocate
expenses to departments must be negotiated through the United States
Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Cost Allocation.



The ERE rates for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2011 have been approved
and are posted at:
