Subject: [Plsfaculty] TCE Scores

Dear Colleagues,

As you have probably found out, it is almost impossible to find your TCE
scores (these are teaching scores for new faculty who have not done these
yet) from last semester/year. However, there are advantages to serving on a
lot of committees with folks from all over campus, and I finally found
someone to help with this. To get your TCE scores go to:

https://aer.arizona.edu/

Then go to the Instructor Services Section, and under that the Instructor
TCE Link. That will take you to a sign-in page, and believe it or not your
scores are then available to you. You then can either add your scores to
your APROL, or copy them and give them to Gabriel, in Forbes 303, and he
will attach them to your APROL.

This does not solve the problem of student comments. Basically I was told
it may be awhile yet before they are available. When they are available
they will email Angie, she can then collect them and distribute the comments
to you. As usual they will be in sealed envelopes.

I have really never heard so much frustration with the new system as I heard
today trying to trace this down. Be assured that those responsible for the
system are hearing our problems, and hopefully in the near future they can
get this changed.

Email me if you still have problems.

Dennis
