[Plsfaculty] timesheets for faculty members paid on a 9 month academic year

Hello All,

 

There is not a fix to the problem with the timesheets for the Academic
Faculty paid on a 9 month schedule.   But, I have a solution that will
override the problem.

 

First, all faculty who are paid on a 12 month schedule - fiscal faculty and
academic faculty whose pay checks are stretched out over 12 months - it is
okay for you to complete your timesheets for this pay period.   But, if you
have Supplemental Compensation during this pay period - please contact me
(the best is to come and see me) about this timesheet.  We will complete it
together.

 

Second, for all the faculty on a 9 month contract and paid 9 months.  Please
send me your work hours and leave hours if applicable for May 17th through
May 21st, as my staff and I have access to these timesheets even though you
don't.  Therefore, we will complete the timesheet for this last pay period
of the academic year.   Also, for those of you who have supplement
compensation, please stop by and see me today or tomorrow.  We will complete
it together.

 

I will every day at 3 p.m. but I am here at 6 a.m. - so stop by when you
can.
