[Plsfaculty] Timesheet Approval

Hello All,

 

I just want to remind everyone who is a Time Approver, that your approval
for your timesheets is due on Friday at 5:00 p.m.  This is not my rule, nor
the Schools or the College but a University of Arizona regulations.   Most
of you do adhere to this guideline but there are still those of you who do
not and wait until after the deadline.   

 

Please remember if you can't approve this time before the University
mandated deadline for regular work hours - please let your time coordinator
and me know ahead of time so that I can approve your lab's timesheets.

 

Yes, we can approve the timesheet for a small window of time on Monday - but
that is only for hours that are worked on weekends.   Soon this option of
approving regular time on Monday will be taken away.  The University and the
Provost are quite adamant that regular  non-weekend work hours are to be
approved prior to 5:00 p.m. on the Friday of a non-pay day week.
