[Plsfaculty] Month End Financial Statements

Hello All,

 

A reminder that the month of June does not closed until the middle of July
due to year-end close.  I will balance and send you the financial statements
for your accounts on July 17th and 18th versus the first weekend of the
month.

 

Also, as June is not closed spending on state accounts for the new year
cannot start until July 19th, 2010.

 

Please let me know if you have any questions on your accounts before the
June financial statements can be done in the middle of July.   As with every
year-end close FRS may be intermittently down throughout the month to close
the year and open the new year.
