Subject: New 2010 NIH Salary Cap Information

 

 

NIH has issued the new salary limitation amounts for Grants, Cooperative
Agreements and Contracts.  The Executive Level 1 annual salary rate has
increased to $199,700 effective January 1, 2010.  Please see the following

For proposals in progress, Sponsored Projects will accept budgets calculated
at the 2009 Salary Cap of $196,700 until January 28, 2010.  After that date,
please use the new 2010 salary cap of $199,700.
