[Plsfaculty] RE: Plant Breeding

A number of faculty have been urging the School to teach a 400/500 level
plant breeding course. We have had very enthusiastic discussions with 4
faculty members (copied above), each of whom could teach most or all of a
course on Plant Breeding, who will be working together to develop this
course. We aim to offer it for the first time in 2010/2011. I want to thank
all of you who have been urging us to get this course on the book but, most
especially, all 4 of these faculty who are so enthusiastic about making this
happen.
