Dennis and Sandy have agreed to take on the responsibilities of Associate
Directors and the Dean has approved this title change. This title change
will become effective 1 Jul when the Department becomes a School. The
Divisions will stay in place but the Associate Directors will take
responsibility for issues across the School rather than a single Division.

 

Please join me in thanking Dennis and Sandy for agreeing to take on this
responsibility and please work with them on various issues when requested so
that they have time to continue their teaching and research.

Please update the departmental web page indicating that Drs. Dennis Ray and
Leland (Sandy) Pierson hold the title of Associate Directors rather than
Division Chairs. Also, update their individual profiles with these titles.
