<span style="color:#8B0015">updated the PCard violations policy</span></a> to clarify the responsibilities of cardholders and responsible users and align practices across the university. We will share these changes with cardholders and liaisons in an email
message today. <br>

Below is a summary of what is changing: <o:p></o:p></span></p>
