<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><b><span style="mso-ligatures:none">Non-exempt (hourly):
</span></b><span style="mso-ligatures:none">Timesheets for non-exempt (hourly) employees who do not work on the weekends should be completed no later than 10:00 AM on 10/24/2025<b> before the pay period ends</b>. Non-exempt employees who work on the weekends
should submit a completed timesheet for approval by<b> 11:59 PM on 10/26/2025 as the pay period ends</b>.<br>
<br>
<b>Exempt (salaried):</b> If you are an exempt employee (salaried) and have no time exceptions to report (vacation, sick, etc.) for this period, you do not need to complete a timesheet. If you do have exceptions to report, complete your timesheet by<b> 10:00
AM on 10/24/2025 before the pay period ends</b>.<br>
<br>
<b>SUPERVISORS</b>, please verify that all of your employees have reported time and time has been approved.
<b>If the time is not approved by 05:00 PM on 10/24/2025, </b>positive pay employees will not receive payment.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-ligatures:none">If you have already completed your timesheet, please disregard this message.<br>
<br>
To complete your timesheet:<br>
1. Visit the<a href="https://uaccess.arizona.edu/"><span style="color:blue"> UAccess homepage</span></a>.<br>
2. Choose the Employee/Manager Self Service option and log in using your NetID and password.<br>
3. Ensure that you are on the UA Employee Main Homepage. If not, choose it from the drop-down at the top left of the page.<br>
4. Select the Time tile.<br>
5. Select the Enter Time tile.<br>
6. Enter your hours for both weeks of the pay period.<br>
7. Click Submit.<br>
<br>
Verify that all time and the time reporting code(s) are accurate before submitting for both weeks of the pay period.<br>
<br>
Please be advised that the Payroll Office will not process an off-cycle payment if an employee did not enter and submit their time by the deadline.<br>
