<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA Landscape Vine and Shrub Irrigation Trial - PLANT RATING FIELD DAY<o:p></o:p></span></p>

You are invited to participate in the Field Day on June 12, 2025 from 6:30 am – 9:30 am at the Campus Ag Center in Tucson to rate vines and shrubs in the University of Arizona Landscape Plant Irrigation Trial. This trial evaluates plant material to identify
low water-use plants for Arizona. Plants are evaluated over a three-year period, are irrigated regularly during the first summer after planting, with performance assessment occurring over several differing irrigation treatments during the second and third
year. To ensure our evaluations are representative of industry opinions and preferences we would like to invite you to evaluate our plant material during our ratings event in 2025. At this event we have two trials, vines and shrubs. Evaluation of the vines
is for the second year of irrigation treatments, evaluation of the shrubs is for the third irrigation treatment year.

Once you RSVP for June 12, 2025, we will provide detailed directions the week of the event. Participation entails recording your aesthetic preferences for one individual vine or shrub per treatment for each species/cultivar, providing the opportunity to evaluate
the performance of the species across all treatments without rating the whole field. Participation is voluntary.<b><o:p></o:p></b></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The ratings for the shrubs take about 45 - 60 minutes, the ratings for the vines take about 25-40 minutes to complete and participants may arrive any time between 6:30 am to 9:00 am.
