<p style="margin-top:0in;background:white"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#403635">The journey towards good health and well-being is often very personal, but that doesn’t mean you have to travel alone! Often, we need encouragement and shared experiences
with others. When we share our experiences with others, we promote a culture that celebrates and inspires others to focus on and contribute to their total well-being.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#403635">Wellness Ambassadors advocate for their unit's wellness needs with Life & Work Connections, help share wellness services of interest to their colleagues, and invite co-workers to participate in wellness activities.
In doing so, they personify each of the <a href="https://www.arizona.edu/purpose-mission-values" target="_blank"><b><span style="color:#8B0015">University's values</span></b></a> of integrity, compassion, exploration, adaptation, inclusion, and determination.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p>Life & Work Connections provides ongoing training and support for Wellness Ambassadors, including orientation, quarterly meetings, and one-on-one strategy sessions. Don’t worry, you do not need to be an ultra-marathon runner or Olympian weightlifter to
be a Wellness Ambassador, just someone who is passionate about their department.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">We approximate this commitment takes up to three hours a month, and we ask individuals to serve a two-year term, if possible.
