<p class="MsoNormal">Dr Newman’s research integrates cellular, molecular, and physical aspects of development and evolution, an area to which he has made many pioneering contributions. Other interests include protein structure-function relationships and the
social and cultural aspects of biological research and technology.<o:p></o:p></p>
