<p class="MsoNormal">We’ve been working this evening on troubleshooting the Storage Server. Based on our short downtime (which brought down systems at 6:30pm), we’ve been able to handoff some valuable system information to our Support Reps at Dell. They’ve
asked us for one more report, which will require another reboot. I’m asking for another short downtime this evening around 10pm – 10:30pm. Please check the twitter feed if you would like a more detailed, real-time feed.<o:p></o:p></p>
