Having an up-to-date certificate installed on our mail server lets your client know that it is connecting to the bona fide CALS server, and not some rogue duplicate. During this renewal process, you may experience some warnings about an invalid SSL Certificate from your email client or from your web browser. Please ignore these warnings, as they should soon go away.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p><p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Calibri><span style='font-size:11.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></font></p><p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Calibri><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>Some users are reporting difficulties with ignoring the connection errors. If you are on Eudora, we recommend you temporarily use a different client like Outlook or Thunderbird, or that you access your email via <a href="https://calsmail.arizona.edu">https://calsmail.arizona.edu</a> and ignore any errors or warnings that pop up. If your Thunderbird freezes or crashes, rebooting the application and/or your computer has been reported to fix the problem. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p><p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Calibri><span style='font-size:11.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></font></p><p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Calibri><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>We are receiving conflicting reports regarding email clients on smartphones. Some clients will give you an error, but will fetch your email anyway. Other clients are refusing to connect.
