Based on user surveys we know most campus users are satisfied with the features and functionality of UAConnect; however, some users have had a less than satisfactory experience with the system in meeting their email and calendaring needs.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>The UAConnect team has taken note of these concerns and has been working for several months with a group of campus IT support professionals to develop potential solutions. The team has identified an interim solution of building a campus-based system, which utilizes an identified solution for those employees involved with data-export controls. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>To facilitate the implementation of the solution, we are suspending the current schedule to move all users to UAConnect by November 10<sup>th</sup>. The new target date will be adjusted to be 90 days after the availability of the campus-based system.
