Please join me in congratulating Dr. Ravi Palanivelu, recipient of the 2026 Outstanding Research Mentor Award in CALES!

This award recognizes researchers in our College who have gone above and beyond to conduct impactful research while developing the careers of undergraduate and graduate students.

Ravi was nominated by members of his lab, past and present. His recognition  reflects great enthusiasm and appreciation from those who have benefitted from his investment of time, energy, and care both in the student experience, and in students themselves. I am happy to celebrate this outstanding award!
