[Plantsci] Summer Supp Comp

Hi Everyone,

The 2025 Summer Supplemental Compensation (Supp Comp) Positions has been approved and are being setup. Over the next week you will see a new timesheet for your summer position.  You can begin entering hours on your timesheet starting from 05/26/25. Summer Supp Comp is scheduled to run from 05/25/2025 - 08/17/2025, your dates may vary. All hours need to be entered by your last date of Supp Comp; due to the fact timesheets will become inactive.

You are an hourly employee for this position and will need to log into: UAccess > Employee/Manager Self Service > UA Employee Main Homepage > Time > Select Additional Job > Use the Pull-Down Menu to select your Supp Comp Position; then you can enter the hours you work for each week. You will need to enter hours on your timesheet to receive pay for the hours you worked. Timesheets can take up to 12 to 24 hours to become active from the initial time you log in; therefore, you may not be able to see your Supp Comp timesheet right away.

DO NOT report hours on the following days June 19th, and July 4th.

Enter all your hours for the full summer, you can do this in one sitting. This will make things easier for you, once you have entered all your hours for the Summer you won't need to worry about entering the hours each pay period.  Supervisors will be approving time this summer so make sure you communicate with your team about entering time. Timesheets must be approved by the supervisors by the deadlines.
