[Plantsci] Year End Deadline- for Reimbursements or Travel Expenses

I hope everyone's summer is off to a great start,  I wanted to send out a reminder for reimbursements.  If you have any outstanding reimbursements, please know we are fiercely working through them to ensure they are completed by this fiscal year end.  However, if you have receipts that have not been submitted yet, please get them submitted as soon as possible.

Friday 06/06/25 will have to be our cut off to ensure they are fully approved and through the system before the close of this fiscal year.  Anything submitted after this Friday will be processed for the next fiscal year, so please be mindful of expenses on grants that will be closing at the end of June. Also keep in mind if the receipts are more than 90 days old, you will be charged taxable income on the reimbursement.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Biz-box, but know we are working very hard the next few weeks and may be delayed in our response.
