[Plantsci] Water Delivery Expenses

Hello,

I just wanted to send out a reminder that purchasing water for employees is not an allowable expense per University policy.  If you are paying for water delivery service it can only be for non-employee visitors.

An example of this is the Culligan water refill monthly charge that is processed mostly on your PCards.  The business purpose cannot indicate that the water is for employees, that is a personal expense that doesn't benefit the UA, per the Financial Services Manual.

Don't shoot the messenger!  Just keeping us out of trouble.
