Overview:  Some users may be unable to access the Microsoft Teams service

Services Affected: Office 365

Begin: Monday, August 12, 2024, 11:51 AM (MST)

Impact to Campus:  Office 365 Outage

Details:

Microsoft's review of their service monitoring telemetry determined that our services are operating in an optimal state. They did find that there are errors occurring with third-party Internet Service Providers that correlate with the time of user reports of impact, and are investigating to confirm whether these are contributing to the impact.
