[Plantsci] New SPLS website preview and additional photo request

Dear All,

The CALES Marketing and Communications Team has nearly completed the development of the new SPLS website: Home | Plant Sciences (arizona.edu)<https://spls.arizona.edu/>. Again I'd thank you for your inputs in the design ideas during this process.

The link is active. When you have a chance, please preview the website, and report any major issues/problems to me as soon as you can. Minor issues will be resolved as they continue to work on it.

As you may notice it, there are only limited number of photos on rotation. This is due to the limited number of photos submitted by us. If you have high quality photos that can brighten up the new website, please submit them to this Box folder<https://arizona.app.box.com/f/6b01c17cd3ea4b1b86eb7f81f159dfd3>. Original instructions from Jake Kerr are copied below:

"How to upload - Please upload all photos to this Box folder<https://arizona.app.box.com/f/6b01c17cd3ea4b1b86eb7f81f159dfd3>. For ease of organization, please upload them in a new subfolder with your name and area of photographs (Field research, classroom, etc.).

Technical Specs

  *   Recommended width is 1110px and resolution is 72 PPI
  *   File types accepted: png, gif, jpg, jpeg

Model Release Form - For photos with any people in them, we will need a digitally signed copy of the model release form, which is attached to this email."
